CASTILLO DEL MAR
In partnership with World Spire
A fortress rising from the coastline, connected to a protected reef basin, immersive attractions, and a layered environment conceived for full-day and multi-day engagement.
Built across multiple phases in Grand Bahama, El Castillo Del Mar is conceived at institutional scale — integrating iconic architecture, marine access, entertainment, hospitality, and land development into a single, unified platform.
Phase One will include two commercial-sized floating cruise piers powered by SeaWalk — the world's first fully floating cruise pier system. With capacity to handle 6,000 passengers per hour and berth Excel-class vessels carrying 6,000+ guests each, and backed by 15+ years of proven operations across 2,000+ ship calls, this infrastructure establishes immediate global connectivity and a direct pipeline of international visitors from opening day.
Each component is structured to perform independently while reinforcing the whole, creating a destination capable of sustained global demand and generational relevance.
